Denis Kachkin presented at All-Russian Development Institutions Forum

On 4-5 April the All-Russian Development Institutions Forum was organized in Yekaterinburg by the "Corporation of the Middle Ural development" OJSC, Strategic Initiatives Agency, Ministry of Regional Development and Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

This Forum was aimed at increasing the efficiency of the investments support and development system. The Forum is supposed to become a platform for discussing the issues of attracting international investments to the Russian Federation subjects, including creating the system of such institutions as development corporations and agencies of federal and local levels.

Representatives of more than twenty development corporations and agencies from different regions of the country as well as the experts of international development institutions and organizations took part in this Forum. Leading specialists from all over the world shared the best practical cases of investment projects fulfillment, stated a range of problems requiring legislative and administrative support for the development of institutional system of investments invitation.

The Forum's main issues included:

the institutional system both on federal and local levels; interlevel cooperation;
priority projects for the development; support instruments; PPP
the infrastructure development: business infrastructure (industrial parks), life infrastructure;
the subjects' investments inequality; participation in federal development programs.

Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, member of the Expert Council of PPP Development Centre, participated in a round table on "Successful projects circulating on the basis of development institutions as a driver of economical development". Denis spoke about the standardization of infrastructure projects, and specifically the development and application of standard contracts used in Russia and abroad.
